Creme de la Creme

Ingredients

  • Vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Caramel syrup 34 oz.
  • Aloe vera juice 0.15 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of aloe vera juice, 0.75 oz of caramel syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with orange zest
