Rosemary Mulled Wine

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine 5 oz.
  • Tangerine 2 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.15 oz.
  • Honey 0.35 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.1 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  

Directions

  1. Place chopped zest of a tangerine half into a milk pitcher and muddle
  2. Add the pulp of a tangerine half and muddle
  3. Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine
  4. Add 0.35 oz of honey, lemon zest, two rosemary sprigs, a cinnamon stick and 3 cloves
  5. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  6. Pour into an Irish coffee glass
  7. Garnish with a tangerine wheel and a sprig of rosemary
