Ingredients

  • Bourbon 2 oz.
  • Homemade honey & ginger syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 12 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of homemade honey & ginger syrup and 2 oz of bourbon into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Squeeze lemon zest over the cocktail, rub it on the rim of the glass, and add to the cocktail
