Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Milk 5 oz.
  • Light cream 1 34 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 34  
  • Honey 34 oz.
  • Ground nutmeg 0.03 oz.
  • Cookie 0.35 oz.

Directions

  1. Mix 5 quail egg yolks and 0.75 oz of honey in a milk pitcher
  2. Pour in 1.75 oz of light cream and 5 oz of milk
  3. Heat the cocktail with the steam from a coffee machine, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Pour into an irish coffee glass
  5. Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and garnish with cookie
