Malt Gold

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • White vermouth 1 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Raspberry syrup 12 oz.
  • Cocoa powder 0.15 oz.
  • Cookie 0.35 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 11 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 2 bar spoons of crushed cookie and 1 bar spoon of cocoa powder into a shaker
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of raspberry syrup, 1 oz of white vermouth and 2 oz of scotch whisky
  4. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the rocks glass
  7. Garnish with orange zest
