Cherry Sambuca


  • Cherry sambuca 2 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.


  1. Make a hole in a napkin and insert a drinking straw
  2. Pour 2 oz of cherry sambuca into a cognac glass
  3. Place a peeled and chopped pineapple wedge into a rocks glass
  4. Place the cognac glass on the rocks glass and set sambuca on fire
  5. As sambuca burns, keep turning the cognac glass
  6. In 30 seconds pour sambuca into the rocks glass
  7. Place the cognac glass upside down on the napkin with the straw
  8. Drink sambuca, chase it with pineapple and inhale the vapors through the drinking straw
