Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Cherry juice 1 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Blackcurrant 12 oz.
  • Redcurrant 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 12 oz.
  • Blackberry 0.4 oz.
  • Bilberry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 raspberries, 2 blackberries, 1/2 bar spoon of bilberry into a shaker
  2. Add 3 bar spoons of blackcurrant and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 1 oz of cherry juice and 1.5 oz of gin
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  6. Garnish with a sprig of redcurrant
