Devil Touch

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 1 oz.
  • Champagne 3 12 oz.
  • Strawberry 1 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 2 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 1 oz of triple sec liqueur and 1.5 oz of gin
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled flute glass
  5. Top up with brut champagne and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a strawberry wheel
