My Favourite Maria

Ingredients

  • Jenever 1 12 oz.
  • Passion fruit liqueur 1 oz.
  • Raspberry syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 1 oz.
  • Mint 0.06 oz.
  • Orange jam 0.35 oz.
  • Caster sugar 0.03 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Rim a champagne saucer with caster sugar
  2. Place 2 bar spoons of orange jam into a shaker
  3. Add 6 raspberries, 5 mint leaves and muddle
  4. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of raspberry syrup, 1 oz of passion fruit syrup and 1.5 oz of jenever
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the chilled champagne saucer
  7. Garnish with 3 maraschino cherries with mint leaves on a cocktail skewer
