Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Yellow apple liqueur 12 oz.
  • Jasmine syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Rose petals 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a chopped half of apple into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of jasmine syrup, 0.5 oz of yellow apple liqueur and 1.5 oz of gin
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled sour glass
  5. Garnish with a rose petal
