Saint Peter

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 2 oz.
  • Maple syrup 12 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 2 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • 
Passion fruit 4 12 oz.
  • Green basil 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 5 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a copper mug to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place the pulp of a passion fruit into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 2 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of bourbon
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes
  5. Pour the ingredients from the one part of the shaker into the other five times
  6. Fine strain into the copper cup
  7. Top up with crushed ice
  8. Garnish with a half of passion fruit and a green basil sprig
