Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 1 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Club soda 1 oz.
  • Light cream 1 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • Orange flower water 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 1.5 oz of light cream, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of gin into a shaker
  2. Add 0.15 oz of orange flower water
  3. Give it a good dry shake
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly again
  5. Strain into a chilled collins glass
  6. Top up with club soda and stir gently
