Japanese Sidecar

Ingredients

  • Sake 2 12 oz.
  • Apricot liqueur 1 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.15 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 1 oz of apricot syrup and 2.5 oz of sake into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
