Mint Mulled Wine

Ingredients

  • Creme de cassis liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Dry red wine 5 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Strawberry 1 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 12 oz.
  • Blackberry 34 oz.
  • Mint 0.06 oz.
  • Honey 12 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.15 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 2 strawberries, 2 raspberries and 2 blackberries into a milk pitcher
  2. Add 6 mint leaves, 0.35 oz of honey and muddle
  3. Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine, 0.35 oz of creme de cassis liqueur and 2 dashes of angostura bitters
  4. Add 4 cloves and heat
  5. Heat, but do not bring to the boil
  6. Pour through a sieve into an irish coffee glass
  7. Stick a cocktail skewer into a cinnamon stick and add a raspberry and blackberry
  8. Pour honey over the berries and place a mint leaf on top
