Sorrel Tini

Ingredients

  • Vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 1 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • 
Sorrel 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 8 sorrel leaves into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 1 oz of pineapple juice and 1.5 oz of vodka
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a sorrel leaf
