Pedro Manhattan

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 2 oz.
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry 34 oz.
  • Peychaud's bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.75 oz of Pedro ximenez sherry and 2 oz of bourbon into a mixing glass
  2. Add 2 dashes of peychaud's bitters
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
