Vitamin Tea

Ingredients

  • Blackcurrant syrup 12 oz.
  • Tangerine juice 4 oz.
  • Still water 5 oz.
  • Tangerine 34 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Grapefruit 5 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a quarter of lime, tangerine, grapefruit and a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of blackcurrant syrup, 4 oz of tangerine juice and 5 oz of still water
  3. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Pour into a teapot
  5. Serve on a saucer with a candle to prevent the cocktail from cooling
