Jumbo

Ingredients

  • Elderflower syrup 34 oz.
  • Heavy cream 1 34 oz.
  • Mango 3 oz.
  • Physalis 0.15 oz.
  • Canned peach 2 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 slices of mango and a half of canned peach into a blender
  2. Pour in 1.75 oz of heavy cream and 0.75 oz of elderflower syrup
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with a physalis
