Ingredients

  • Homemade cinnamon syrup 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Apple juice 1 14 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Cucumber 2 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Squeeze 1.25 oz of cucumber juice and pour it into a shaker
  2. Add 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 1.25 oz of apple juice and 0.75 oz of homemade cinnamon syrup
  3. Give it a good dry shake
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  5. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  6. Garnish with a slice of cucumber
