Fairy Mary

Ingredients

  • Calvados 1 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Feijoa 2 12 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.15 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 1 chopped feijoa, a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 1 oz of calvados
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a feijoa wedge and a red maraschino cherry
