Missionary Downfall

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Peach liqueur 34 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 2 oz.
  • Mint 0.06 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place a peeled and chopped pineapple wheel into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of peach liqueur and 2 oz of white rum
  4. Add 5 mint leaves
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the sling glass
  7. Top up with crushed ice
  8. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a sprig of mint and a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
