Basil Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Honey syrup 1 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Red basil 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 6 leaves of red basil into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of honey syrup and 2 oz of white rum
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with red basil leaves
