Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 oz.
  • Champagne 4 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Cane sugar cubes 0.15 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a cane sugar cube into a chilled flute glass
  2. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters and 1 oz of cognac
  3. Top up with champagne and stir gently
