Whisky and Pineapple Juice

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 1 14 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 2 oz.
  • Ice cubes 12 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1.25 oz of pineapple juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch whisky into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into the rocks glass
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedges on a cocktail skewer
