Mexican Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Silver tequila 1 12 oz.
  • Benedictine 34 oz.
  • Agave syrup 12 oz.
  • Club soda 3 12 oz.
  • Milk 1 oz.
  • Avocado 5 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place a half of peeled, pitted and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 1 oz of milk, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, 0.75 oz of benedictine and 1.5 oz of silver tequila
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into the highball glass
  6. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  7. Garnish with lime wheels
