Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 oz.
  • Tawny port 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 5  
  • Ground nutmeg 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of tawny port and 1 oz of cognac into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with ground nutmeg
