Braveheart

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Grapefruit 8 12 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 4 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 chopped grapefruit wedges into a rocks glass and muddle
  2. Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
  4. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and stir
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a grapefruit wheel
