The Rum Diary

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Green iced tea 5 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 5 mint leaves into a highball glass
  2. Fill the highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  3. Pour in 2 oz of white rum
  4. Top up with green iced tea and stir gently
