Ingredients

  • Cherry sambuca 1 12 oz.
  • Amaretto liqueur 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Orange 1 12 oz.
  • Caster sugar 0.15 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.35 oz.
  • Crushed ice 9 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of amaretto liqueur and 1.5 oz of cherry sambuca into a shaker
  3. Add 1 bar spoon of caster sugar
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Strain into the highball glass
  6. Top up with crushed ice
  7. Garnish with two maraschino cherries and an orange wedge
