Directions
- Fill a highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of amaretto liqueur and 1.5 oz of cherry sambuca into a shaker
- Add 1 bar spoon of caster sugar
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the highball glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with two maraschino cherries and an orange wedge
