French Guyana

Ingredients

  • Triple sec liqueur 1 12 oz.
  • Spiced syrup 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Banana puree 2 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 11 oz.
  • Ice ball 1  

Directions

  1. Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
  2. Place 10 bar spoons of banana puree into a shaker
  3. Add 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of spiced syrup and 1.5 oz of triple sec liqueur
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the rocks glass
  6. Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon
