Ingredients

  • Dark rum 2 oz.
  • Raspberry 0.35 oz.
  • Strawberry 34 oz.
  • Blackberry 0.15 oz.
  • Bilberry 0.06 oz.
  • Honey 0.35 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 5 oz.
  • Orange zest 2  

Directions

  1. Place a cinnamon stick, 2 raspberries, a strawberry, a blackberry, 2 bilberries and 2 strips of orange zest into a cognac glass
  2. Add 0.35 oz of honey and 2 oz of dark rum
  3. Place the cognac glass onto a margarita glass and set the cocktail on fire
  4. As the cocktail burns, keep turning the cognac glass
  5. After 30 seconds pour the drink into the margarita glass
