Sandthorn Fever

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Hazelnut syrup 34 oz.
  • Assam tea 3 12 oz.
  • Sea buckthorn 34 oz.
  • Mint 0.06 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 4 bar spoons of sea buckthorn and 6 mint leaves into an Irish coffee glass
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz hazelnut syrup and 1.5 oz gin
  3. Top up with hot assam tea and stir gently
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig
