Bellini

Ingredients

  • Champagne 3 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Peach puree 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 4 bar spoons of peach puree into a mixing glass
  2. Add 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 3.5 oz of champagne
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  4. Fine strain into a small highball glass or flute glass
  5. Top up with champagne
