Final Cut

Ingredients

  • White rum 34 oz.
  • Pomegranate juice 0.35 oz.
  • Mango 0.35 oz.
  • Strawberry 34 oz.
  • Raspberry 0.15 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Granulated cane sugar 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a mango slice into a shot glass
  2. Place a strawberry, a raspberry into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of pomegranate juice and 0.75 oz of white rum
  4. Add a mint leaf and 1/4 of a bar spoon of granulated cane sugar
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the shot glass
