Surprise

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 oz.
  • Creme de cassis liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Blueberry liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Sprite 3 12 oz.
  • Bilberry 12 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place 3 bar spoons of bilberries into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.35 oz of creme de cassis liqueur, 0.35 oz of blueberry liqueur and 1 oz of white rum
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into the highball glass
  6. Top up with sprite and stir gently
  7. Top up with crushed ice
  8. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
