Clubland

Ingredients

  • Vodka 1 12 oz.
  • White vermouth 0.35 oz.
  • Dry vermouth 0.35 oz.
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry 0.15 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.15 oz of pedro ximenez sherry, 0.35 oz of white vermouth, 0.35 oz of dry vermouth and 1.5 oz of vodka into a mixing glass
  2. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with orange zest
