Malecon

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Tawny port 12 oz.
  • Oloroso sherry 0.35 oz.
  • Peychaud's bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Caster sugar 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.35 oz of oloroso sherry, 0.5 oz of tawny port and 1.5 oz of white rum into a shaker
  2. Add 2 bar spoons of caster sugar and 2 dashes of peychaud's bitters
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
