Kremlin Strudel

Ingredients

  • Calvados 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Apple juice 3 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Heavy cream 34 oz.
  • Kumquat 0.15 oz.
  • Cranberry 0.15 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 1 bar spoon of cranberries into a milk pitcher and muddle
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 3.5 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados into the milk pitcher
  3. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon
  4. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  5. Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
  6. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.75 oz of heavy cream
  7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a half of kumquat on a cocktail skewer
