Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 12 oz.
  • Raspberry jam 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 9 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 4 bar spoons of raspberry jam into a shaker
  3. Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Strain into the red wine glass
  6. Garnish with a top of a lemon with raspberries inside
