Taiwan Tea-ni

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 12 oz.
  • Lychee juice 1 ml
  • Lotus Oolong tea 0.15 oz.
  • Machilus honey 12 oz.
  • Dried figs 1 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of lychee juice, 0.5 oz of machilus honey and 0.5 oz of gin into a teapot
  2. Add 3 dried figs and 1 bar spoon of lotus oolong tea
  3. Pour 2 oz of gin into another teapot and set it on fire
  4. Pour the burning gin into the teapot with other ingredients
  5. Stir gently and close the teapot
  6. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and pour the contents of the teapot into it
  7. Shake thoroughly
  8. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass
  9. Garnish with dried figs
