The Thing

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Apricot liqueur 34 oz.
  • Honey syrup 34 oz.
  • Club soda 3 12 oz.
  • 
Passion fruit 3 oz.
  • Mint 0.06 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 1  
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 6 mint leaves into a highball glass
  2. Fill the highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  3. Place the pulp of a passion fruit into a shaker
  4. Pour in 0.75 oz of honey syrup, 0.75 oz of apricot liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the highball glass
  7. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  8. Garnish with mint leaves and a pineapple leaf
