Goldinez

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Scotch whisky 0.35 oz.
  • Maraschino liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry 12 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Orange 1 12 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 14 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of pedro ximenez sherry, 0.35 oz of maraschino liqueur, 0.35 oz of Scotch whisky and 2 oz of gin into a mixing glass
  3. Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
  5. Strain into the rocks glass
  6. Garnish with an orange wedge and a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
