Bamboo

Ingredients

  • Dry vermouth 12 oz.
  • Fino sherry 1 12 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of dry vermouth and 1.5 oz of fino sherry into a mixing glass
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  4. Garnish with lemon zest
