Raspberry Sambuca

Ingredients

  • Raspberry sambuca 2 oz.
  • Raspberry 12 oz.

Directions

  1. Make a hole in a napkin and insert a drinking straw
  2. Pour 2 oz of raspberry sambuca into a cognac glass
  3. Place 3 raspberries into a rocks glass
  4. Place the cognac glass on the rocks glass and set sambuca on fire
  5. As sambuca burns, keep turning the cognac glass
  6. In 30 seconds pour sambuca into the rocks glass
  7. Place the cognac glass upside down on the napkin with the straw
  8. Drink sambuca, chase it with raspberries and inhale the vapors through the drinking straw
