Blackberry Tea

Ingredients

  • Cranberry juice 2 oz.
  • Still water 4 oz.
  • Blackberry 1 12 oz.
  • Honey 1 oz.
  • Granulated cane sugar 0.1 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.03 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  

Directions

  1. Place 5 blackberries, 1/2 bar spoons of granulated cane sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle
  2. Add 1 oz of honey, a clove and a cinnamon stick broken in halves
  3. Pour in 2 oz of cranberry juice and 4 oz of still water
  4. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  5. Pour through a sieve into an irish coffee glass
  6. Garnish with lemon zest and 2 blackberries on cocktail skewers
