Grand Mimosa

Ingredients

  • Dry orange liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Champagne 4 oz.
  • Orange juice 1 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of orange juice and 0.35 oz of dry orange liqueur into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled flute glass
  4. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  5. Garnish with orange zest
