Triple Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • White rum 34 oz.
  • Dark rum 34 oz.
  • Gold rum 34 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 34 oz.
  • Almond syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Orange juice 34 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Pineapple puree 0.35 oz.
  • Cane sugar cubes 0.15 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 1  
  • Lime zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a goblet glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of orange juice, 0.75 oz of pineapple juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.35 oz of almond syrup and 0.75 oz of triple sec liqueur
  3. Add 0.75 oz of white rum, 0.75 oz of dark rum and 0.75 oz of gold rum and stir gently
  4. Garnish with lime zest with pineapple puree, a cane sugar cube and a pineapple leaf
