Sloe-infused Calvados

Ingredients

  • Calvados 33 oz.
  • 
Sloe 23 oz.
  • Caster sugar 6 12 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.06 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a 2-liter bottle 3/4 of the way with sloe, without tamping
  2. Add 6.5 oz of caster sugar, 2 cloves and top up with calvados
  3. Close the jar and leave for 3 weeks
  4. The infusion is ready when berries begin to float
