Mexican Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • Gold rum 2 oz.
  • Agave syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Avocado 6 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a quarter of peeled and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of agave syrup and 2 oz of gold rum
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a pineapple leaf
