Pacha Ibiza

Ingredients

  • Dark rum 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Kiwi 4 oz.
  • Cherry 0.35 oz.
  • Cherry jam 1 12 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a peeled and chopped kiwi into a blender
  2. Add 10 bar spoons of cherry jam
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of dark rum
  4. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  5. Pour into a hurricane glass
  6. Garnish with two cherries
